We’ve always loved the word “host”, it evokes home warmth, kindness, courtesy and human warmth and we’re gonna tell you some simple tricks on how to make your out-of-town wedding guests feel at home.
During our life we hosted and certainly we’ve been hosted who knows how many times and occasions …and it didn’t matter if it was close of far far away from home.
Seems like one of the top events in which there is a need to host people is the wedding day.
More and more often people travel miles away from home to get married in wonderful wedding destinations or there are wedding guests that arrive from far away and in this case organize hospitality is a must.
But who should pay the cost of this hospitality?
The Italian Etiquette says that the couple have to pay the rooms and we should add that they have to book at least two nights: the day before and the wedding day, so the next day guests can return to their homes.
But don’t worry! There are so many places where to host your wedding guests:
- in hotel
- in B & B
- in rooming house
If you are looking for inspiration for your wedding guests accommodation, today we have a special idea for you: if you get married in Turin or nearby we recommend the B&B Le stanze di Sara.
Crossing the threshold of this B & B it will no longer seem to be in the city but in an elegant holiday home furnished with great taste and refinement, where elegance is comfy and for nothing hostile.
We are in the center of Turin, San Salvario neighborhood, in an 1835 historical building, all rooms have been renovated and furnished with care, with antique furniture and heirloom pieces, chosen or made especially for them.
There are four rooms:
- two doubles
- a single
- a triple.
The owners Cécile and Salvatore welcome every guest making them feel immediately at home.
In the morning they prepare a wonderful breakfast with fresh products, preferably organic.
And if you need to accommodate more people there is also La dimora di Sara with three apartments very close to Le Stanze di Sara.
